The Maiden Edition of Wokemill WORLD Top 20

Last week, WOKEMILL aired its maiden edition of the TOP 10 Naija countdown hosted by Kayballz and Famo where we had the duo give us a rundown of the songs that were making waves in the country.
WokeMill radio decided to go on a musical world tour this time by starting our very first edition of Countdown of Top 20 songs all around the world, only that this time the show was hosted by Kayballz alone, rumour has it that Famo is now in the abroad with a Woker-Mill radio.

If this show had aired any other time before this month, the song on the number twenty spot would have probably been the first on this list nevertheless, Adore You by Harry Styles, a song off his Fine Line album released sometime in December last year makes the number 20 spot on our World Top 20 countdown.
Lil Wayne has invited us all to a musical Funeral but whose Funeral it is, we do not know yet. On the number 19 spot is I DO IT by Lil Wayne Featuring Big Sean and Lil Baby, one of the songs with fire on his new album.
On the number 18 spot, we have Circles by Post Malone, another single from his Hollywood is Bleeding album which he recorded from June 2018 - July 2019 (definitely completed a cycle) but this song was not released until August 2019.
19-year-old sensational Billie Eilish, awarded Best New Artist at the 62nd annual Grammy awards makes the 17th spot with “Bad Guy” a Grammy award (Record of the year) winning track off her Grammy award-winning (Best Pop Vocal Album) “When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” album.
On the number 16 spot, we had Roxanne by Arizona Zervas, a single that has recently been taking over airwaves and charts, certified double platinum already and has also made the number 4 spot on Billboard top 100.
Da Baby makes number 15 on our World Top 20 countdown with “BOP on Broadway” simply known as “Bop”.
JackBoys; a collective and group of American Rappers decided to take a World Tour only that this time, on this track, they were bangin’ “Out West” with the renowned Young Thug. On our number 14 spot is “Out West” by JackBoys featuring Young Thug.
Nicki Minaj thought she was done with music but the music was not done with her, a few months ago the Pink Friday queen announced that she was going into retirement but the queen comes back with her hit single titled Yikes to take the number 13 spot on our countdown. The queen is a-Woke y’all.
On our number 12 spot is Lil Baby with Sum 2 Prove.
Billie Eilish, appearing for the second time on our countdown makes the 11th spot with “Everything I Wanted”, another single track off her) “When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” album.
Mustard featured Roddy Rich on the track that was on tenth on our list of World Top 20 countdown with a tack titled “Balling”.
Eminem’s “Music to be Murdered By” is the new hottest Rap album in the world right now, on the number 9 spot is Eminem featuring the late Juice Wrld (RIP) in a track titled “Godzilla”. If you thought Eminem was waving too fast in Rap God then you should check out Godzilla.
“Don’t Start Now” by Dua Lipa makes number 8 on the countdown, a track that shares the same title with her new pop album released back in 2019.
Beliebers will agree that there is something yummy about the new Justin Bieber that we see nowadays, he took a long break and now he is back and taking his time to give us only the best. “Yummy” claims the number 7 spot in the World Top 20 Countdown.
The 6th song on our countdown is rumoured to be taking over the world already and to imagine that it was by a relatively new artiste is just amazing. Released in May 2019, “Dance Monkey” by Tones and I on the number 6 spot.
Justin Bieber appears again on our countdown on the number 5 spot with the famous Quavo in a track titled “Intentions”.
“Memories” by Maroon 5 clinches the 4th position on the countdown, a track off their seventh studio album titled “Memories”, this track will bring back good old memories that you never had.
The Weeknd clinches the number 3 spot with “Blinding Lights”, a second single off his upcoming 4th studio album.
In the second position of the World Top 20 countdown is “Life Is Good” by Future featuring Drake, a lead single of the sequel to their rumoured mixtape. A song that debuted number two on the US Billboard Hot 100.
It is no surprise the song that takes the top spot on the countdown, Roddy Ricch has been making headlines and waves with his new “Excuse Me For Being Anti-social” album. “The Box” by Roddy Ricch makes the top spot on our World Top 20 countdown.
